Fees, Charges and Commission Rates
A clear guide to the main fees used across WhispSocio.
Quick Summary
Joining WhispSocio, creating a profile, posting, following, commenting, browsing, and applying to become a seller are free. Fees apply only when paid features are used, such as marketplace sales, creator subscriptions, coin purchases, gifts, and payouts.

Buyer Fees
WhispSocio does not currently add a separate buyer service fee to ordinary marketplace purchases. Buyers pay the item price, delivery charge, taxes, import duties, and any payment or currency conversion charges shown by the payment provider or bank. The final amount should be shown before payment is confirmed.
Seller Fees
Physical marketplace sellers do not pay to apply or list items. When an item sells, WhispSocio deducts the applicable marketplace commission from the sale. Individual sellers currently pay 5%; business sellers currently pay 7%. Delivery costs, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, payment provider fees, and payout processing may affect the final amount received.
Creator Subscription Fees
Creators can set a monthly subscription price where the feature is available. WhispSocio currently retains 10% from each creator subscription, and the creator receives 90% before payment provider, tax, refund, chargeback, or payout adjustments.
Coins, Gifts and Digital Items
Coin package prices are shown before purchase. Coins are digital balance for selected site features and are not cash. Gift and battle features show the coin cost before confirmation. Where gifts create a streamer payout, WhispSocio currently retains 20% of the gift's real-money value and credits the rest to the streamer's Cash Earnings wallet.
Payouts and Withdrawals
Sellers, creators, and eligible streamers can request a payout only when their available Cash Earnings balance is at least GBP 100.00, or the equivalent shown in their selected display currency where available. Admin may raise the minimum payout threshold, but it will not be set below GBP 100.00. Payout processing, payment provider checks, refunds, chargebacks, tax, fraud checks, or account reviews may affect timing and final availability.
Profile Cosmetics
Community designers can sell approved profile cosmetics such as backgrounds, skins, borders, and banners. WhispSocio currently retains 10% of community cosmetics sales, and the designer receives 90%.

Fees may change as payment costs, taxes, features, or marketplace operations change. We aim to show current fees on this page and at the point where a user lists, sells, subscribes, buys coins, sends gifts, or requests a payout.
